Front Skewers are all the same rear mtb is longer and Yes the USE rear QR is long enough to encompass the 135mm spacing

I haven't tried but the axle is long enough, and USE, as you probably know, had their origins in mountain biking. So I'd say yes. The firm do have a website if you want to check.
