You should order the Ritchey Adjustable Road stem as found here: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Ritchey_Adjustable_Road_Stem/5360033323/
You can order in the 80, 100 or 120mm version but you should figure out which one would suit you and the reach of your bike. If you like the reach that you have you should try to match your stem and then adjust the angle, please note that adjusting the angle of the stem does effect the reach of the stem also. Please make sure that if your handlebars are oversized clamp (31.8mm) you order the oversized version of the stem here: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Ritchey_Adjustable_Oversized_Stem/5360033324/

Your handlebars should be 25.4mm and you should use a 25.4mm stem. Most standard stems are 25.4mm and can be used with 26.0mm stems.
